Ms. Sandra Seah

Sandra is a partner of Bird & Bird, an international law firm, and the joint managing partner of the Bird & Bird Singapore office. Sandra has extensive experience in energy projects and regulatory work, and advises state agencies such as Energy Market Authority, Energy Market Company, Building & Construction Authority, Jurong Town Corporation and Ministry of Health. She is experienced in anti-competitive analysis and legislative strategy and is an experienced transactional lawyer for cross border projects involving energy and utilities, smart cities, logistics, transport and blockchain technologies in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. Sandra has acted as lead coordinator for a large number of innovative public projects in Singapore, including the Pulau Ubin Microgrid, ESS testbed, Electricity Futures, Building Retrofit Energy Efficiency Financing (BREEF) and the SportsHub PPP. She is on the board/exco of a number of industry associations such as SEAS, ESI, HFCAS and WMRAS.
