Mrs. Akmal Zyti Che Ya @ Yahya

Akmal is currently the Deputy Director of SEDA Malaysia. Her role involves advisory on areas aimed to facilitate the growth of Malaysia’s sustainable energy industry. Upon completion of her undergraduate studies, she served TNB Research Sdn. Bhd. as a Researcher with High Voltage Diagnostic Cable unit before continuing her career with Malaysia Nuclear Power Corporation. Prior her previous portfolio, she was a key component of the multi-disciplinary team that successfully completed a comprehensive Nuclear Energy Project Development Study for Malaysia. She is actively representing as a subject matter expert and trainer on nuclear energy and sustainable energy at domestic and international platforms.
